Register for a Diabetes Class!

Join our 2018 Diabetes Overview classes today and learn how to manage your blood sugar levels, differences in hypo and hyperglycemia, how to read a food label, meal planning, carbohydrate counting, and choosing healthier foods. We will also discuss safe ways to exercise and provide motivation towards a healthier lifestyle.

Classes are weekly for 2 weeks. Class series start dates for 2018 are:

  • November 19th
  • November 26th

All class times are 9:30am to 11:00am.

You must call to register! Please call Advanced Care Wellness to register or for additional information. (661) 716-7118. You may also register with health care team.

Classes are held at the Comprehensive Care Center, located at:
